I switched up my makeup and wardrobe completely after my breakup because I realized it wasn’t about attracting anyone else anymore; it was about expressing myself freely. That freedom gave me energy and happiness that no one else's approval could match. In addition, incorporating some moderate exercise, whether it’s hitting the gym or just going for daily walks, improved my mood and vitality. Remember that self-love is the ultimate glow up. If your ex didn’t like your style or makeup choices, that’s a sign to experiment boldly and do what feels right for you. Embrace this time as your fresh start, focus on your well-being, and watch yourself bloom from within.
