ถ้าใครกำลังหา “วัดเก่านครนายก” ที่มีบรรยากาศแปลกตาและได้รูปสวยๆ โบสถ์เก่าวัดป่ากระทุ่ม (หลายคนเรียกว่าวัดปากระทุ่ม) คือจุดที่ควรแวะมากค่ะ จุดเด่นคือ “โบสถ์เก่ากลางน้ำ” ที่คนท้องถิ่นเล่าว่าอายุมากกว่า 200 ปี บางป้ายก็เขียนว่า 200+ ปีเหมือนกัน พอมายืนดูใกล้ๆ จะรู้สึกถึงความเก่าจริง ทั้งผิวปูน ลายปั้น และทรงอาคารที่ให้ฟีลวัดโบราณ ช่วงที่เหมาะกับการมา ถ้าอยากเห็นฟีล “กลางน้ำ” แบบชัดๆ แนะนำมาช่วงหน้าฝนหรือช่วงน้ำหลาก (ประมาณสิงหาคม–พฤศจิกายนตามข้อมูลในพื้นที่) เพราะบริเวณวัดเป็นที่ลุ่มต่ำ น้ำจะขึ้นง่าย ทำให้โบสถ์ดูเหมือนลอยอยู่ในน้ำ แต่ถ้ามาช่วงหน้าแล้งก็ยังมาได้เหมือนกัน จะเห็นสภาพพื้นที่อีกแบบ และเดินถ่ายรูปได้สะดวกกว่า มุมรูปที่ถ่ายแล้วขึ้นกล้อง: 1) ถ่ายกว้างให้เห็นโบสถ์กับผืนน้ำรอบๆ จะได้ความเป็น “โบสถ์เก่ากลางน้ำ” เต็มๆ 2) ถ่ายเฉียงข้างเพื่อเก็บรายละเอียดกำแพง/ซุ้มประตู จะเห็นความเก่าของงานสถาปัตย์ 3) ถ่ายช่วงเช้าหรือเย็น แสงนุ่มๆ จะทำให้ภาพดูขลังมาก (ใครค้นหาแนว “โบสถ์เก่าวัดป่ากระทุ่ม 200 กว่าปี รูปภาพ” น่าจะชอบโทนนี้) สายมู/สายไหว้พระ: ตอนฉันไปเห็นข้อความแนะนำว่า “ไหว้ขอพรเสร็จแล้วอย่าลืมวนรอบโบสถ์ 3 รอบ” ใครศรัทธาก็ทำแบบพอดีๆ สุภาพๆ และระวังพื้นลื่น โดยเฉพาะวันที่มีน้ำหรือฝนตก ที่สำคัญคืออย่าปีนป่ายหรือจับส่วนที่เป็นโบราณสถานแรงๆ เพราะอาคารเก่ามากแล้ว ก่อนกลับแนะนำให้เผื่อเวลาเดินดูบริเวณรอบๆ จะมีจุดที่พอมองออกว่าแถวนี้เคยเป็นชุมชนริมน้ำ การมาที่นี่เลยเหมือนได้ทั้งเที่ยว ทั้งเรียนรู้เรื่องวัดเก่าอายุกว่า 100–200 ปีในนครนายกในทริปเดียว ถ้าใครกำลังรวบรวม “รีวิวโบสถ์เก่าวัดป่ากระทุ่ม 200 กว่าปี” หรืออยากได้รูปวัดเก่าๆ แนะนำให้มาลองด้วยตัวเองค่ะ
