Hi yโ€™all! This is my first time using the app and I LOVE it already๐Ÿฉต Iโ€™ve been on my self-growth/care journey for over a year now and these are some of the things that I love to do when I find myself lost or overwhelmed in my everyday life!!!

๐Ÿš—Go for a drive- THIS is the holy grail!! Grab a friend or ride solo and turn your favorite songs up and roll those windows down! It doesnโ€™t matter where you go just think and drive, I promise it helps.

โ˜€๏ธGet some sunshine- Vitamin D is so important and recharges your battery! Spend some time outside this summer!!!

โ˜•๏ธReading- Find a book you love (for me itโ€™s self-growth books), grab a treat, and light a candle!! Put your phone down and give yourself 10 minutes to recenter your mind.
