Besties I’ve been getting in more cardio hehe ( I hate cardio if you know me I dread it) I told myself I need to start improving in my cardio since I always dread doing it. I love doing weights 😭. That is why I wanted to work on my cardio!

I hit one of my goal yesterday which was to run a whole mile without stopping 🥲 but in a way I loved the feeling it gave me after. We usually do the elliptical or walking on a incline but I definitely want to start doing more running 🙂↔️
