Ingredients

Chicken legs, bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, actually any veggies you have and would like to add plus potatoes and spices. The amount of ingredients depend on the number of people you're serving Instructions

Clean and pat dry, your chicken legs and transfer to a large bowl

Chop onion, red, green and orange peppers

Ad the above ingredients with some cherry tomatoes of different colors and any other vegetables you would like to the chicken.

Cover with enough oil (I prefer olive oil) to cover all of the ingredients.

Add .. 1 teaspoon of salt or less if you prefer. 1 teaspoon of pepper. One teaspoon of oregano. chopped fresh garlic cloves-or powdered garlic, whichever you have to taste. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Mix and rub oil and spices on all the ingredients well.
