$65 AYCE seafood spot in brooklyn✨

Shaking Crab (Williamsburg) is a seafood restaurant in brooklyn✨

Ambiance: The space is hugeee. There is a basement like space on top of their first floor space. We chose their basement/outdoor space since it was brighter. The decor reminded me of beach with the shells and fish nets all over. The space seems to be pretty popular since it got packed quickly.

💵 Price:

$60 ayce seafood boil per person

drinks are not included

Favorite Item: My favorite was their oysters. One of the best oysters I have ever had in my life. It goes so well with their sauce.

Read moreOkay, fellow foodies, let's talk about making the most of an all-you-can-eat seafood experience, especially when you're shelling out $60 for the AYCE seafood boil at a place like Shaking Crab Williamsburg! First off, that $60 might seem like a lot, but for endless crab, shrimp, mussels, and all the fixings, it can be an incredible deal if you play your cards right. Remember, drinks aren't included, so factor that into your budget. This is key for managing your total spend when planning an all-you-can-eat feast in Brooklyn. When I hit up an AYCE spot, my strategy is always to start with the stars of the show. For me, that means diving straight into the crab legs and shrimp. The quality of the seafood is crucial, and at Shaking Crab, their oysters really impressed me – definitely a must-try even if they're not part of the 'boil' itself. Don't fill up too quickly on the corn or potatoes, tempting as they are! Those are great fillers, but you're there for the main event, the delicious $60 AYCE seafood. Another pro tip: experiment with the sauces! Most seafood boil places offer a few different spice levels and flavor profiles. Finding your favorite can elevate the whole experience. At Shaking Crab, their sauce made those oysters sing! Also, pace yourself. It's not a race, it's a marathon of deliciousness. Take breaks, enjoy the company, and let your stomach settle before round two (or three!). Beyond the food, the vibe really adds to the experience. The "hugeee" space at Shaking Crab in Williamsburg is perfect for groups, and I loved how they decorated with shells and fish nets – it really transports you to a beachy getaway right in the heart of Brooklyn. Whether you choose the brighter basement area or the bustling main floor, it's a lively atmosphere. Knowing what to expect from the ambiance can really enhance your visit. Considering other AYCE seafood options, what often sets a place apart is not just the price, but the freshness and consistency of their offerings. For $60, you want to ensure the seafood is plump and flavorful every time you get a refill. It's this consistency that makes an AYCE deal truly 'worth it'. And always remember to check if there are any time limits or specific rules for the AYCE, so you can plan your feast accordingly. Enjoy your next seafood adventure!
