[Pt 10] Eating at Every Michelin Guide Restaurant

Oiji Mi

🍴Food: 7.5/10

- prefix menu is unlike a lot of places because the appetizer is truly the ONLY fixed item

- you can pick between three options for each for the rest of the courses

- food may all SEEM very extravagent because of the presentation, but honestly it tastes like simplicity done well

- standout: SCALLOPS with cabbage feels so simple and is comforting, CHILI LOBSTER RAMYUN is everything you want in a cold noodle dish

- OIJI BOWL is a beautiful and luxurious couple of bites

- If I was on the hotseat I’d choose the DONUTS over the BINGSU only because you get the best of both worlds with a warm gooey donut and cold creamy icecream

- skip: SEA BASS is nothing super special, the puffed rice gets soggy fast and doesn’t add much to the dish

✨Ambience: 8/10

- modern

- nice booth options

- subtle korean influenced interior design

🤵Service: 7/10

- good

- hosts were the best

- waiters were attentive until the restaurant was at capacity

- our water glasses were sometimes empty
