Easy Japanese Curry Noodle Recipe!
I felt tired today but really craved some Japanese curry so I whipped up these curry noodles with beef, gailan, and an egg. It was incredibly tasty and satisfying, and the best part (as always) is I made it in one pot! To make this, you need:
1 bunch dried noodles
Leafy greens, such as gailan
1 tsp oil
¼ c onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 1/2 - 2 c water
1 Japanese curry cube, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
Thinly sliced beef
Pan-fried egg
Green onions to top
Directions:
1. Boil noodles with leafy greens until the noodles are al dente. Remove from pot.
2. Add oil into the pot and saute onions and tomatoes for 3 minutes. When the tomatoes are mushy, add the curry cubes and water. Stir to incorporate the curry fully.
3. When the soup comes to a simmer, add the noodles in with thinly sliced beef. The beef should cook very quickly.
4. Once the beef is cooked, add leafy greens, pan fried egg, and green onions.
