I have a dog, so I try to avoid odor.

無香料アイテムって「香りでごまかせない＝汚れやニオイが残りそう…」と不安だったのですが、実際に使うと意外と快適でした。ここでは、私が気になっていた“無香料・無添加・マイクロカプセル不使用っぽさ”の観点で、選び方と使い方のコツを追記します。 まず、無香料洗剤/無香料柔軟剤を探している人がよく気にするのが「マイクロカプセルが入ってない柔軟剤かどうか」。香りが長持ちするタイプは、衣類に香り成分が残りやすい設計のこともあるので、香りに敏感な方や職業柄香りを避けたい方は“無香料”表記に加えて、パッケージ裏の成分・注意書きもチェックすると安心です。ファブラッシュは無香料で、見た目も洗剤は透明、柔軟剤は白い液体で、香りの主張がないのが使いやすかったです。 次に「洗浄力」。私の場合、汗や皮脂のニオイが気になる衣類（肌着・部屋着・タオル）で試しました。無香料だと洗い上がりに“洗剤の香り”がしないので最初は物足りないのですが、逆に言うと生乾き臭や汗臭が残っているとすぐ分かります。その点、いつも通りに洗っても嫌なニオイが出にくく、普段の洗濯の延長で使えました。Ag+イオン配合など、消臭に寄せた設計なのも納得感。 「柔軟剤なし洗濯」にしたい人へ。肌が敏感な時期や、赤ちゃん衣類をまとめて洗う時は、あえて柔軟剤を入れずに洗剤だけで回す日もあります。タオルの吸水を優先したい時も柔軟剤なしが合うことがあるので、まずは“洗剤だけ運用”→必要な時だけ柔軟剤を足す、という使い分けがラクでした。ふわっと感が欲しい時は、柔軟剤を規定量の範囲で入れると仕上がりが安定します。 ドラッグストアで買える無香料洗濯洗剤を探している場合は、店頭在庫は店舗差があるので、取り扱いがなければ公式や通販での購入も視野に入れると探しやすいです。無香料は“家族（赤ちゃん・子ども）やペットがいる家庭”でも取り入れやすいので、香りストレスを減らしたい人は一度試してみる価値ありだと思いました。 ※妊活・不妊など健康に関わる不安がある場合は、洗剤選びだけで結論を出さず、医療機関など専門家にも相談するのが安心です。
