Singer 221-1 Featherweight born in 1951

The previous owner passed away and the family, sorting her affairs, had placed this in the yard sale for $20! Thankfully, a neighbor happened to pass by and offered to sell it on fb marketplace. Even still, I bought it for an absolute steal. I named her after the original owner, Elaine Fisher (Mrs. Fisher.)

I’m a very novice sewer so any tips and tricks for beginners or featherweight advice would be much appreciated!
