What kind of people were the civilians of Guangxi, China? In 1939, facing the Japanese invasion, they were unarmed yet fearless. Acting as a solid backbone, they stayed at the frontline to ensure the logistical supply of the Chinese army. They were unsung heroes who defended the southwest international supply line, safeguarded the national provisions, and upheld the firm resolve of the Chinese people in resisting Japanese aggression and the people of the world in opposing fascism. On December 31, we commemorate the great victory at Kunlun Pass and also honor the resilient civilians of Guangxi!#EchoesOfDrum

This is what emotional safety looks like🫀🧠😌
Yesterday, my partner and I were just chatting like we always do when the conversation unexpectedly drifted into slightly uncomfortable territory. Nothing explosive, nothing dramatic — just one of those quiet, honest moments. The kind that doesn’t come with raised voices, but still makes you pause

The Kind of Singapore We’re Losing
Went for a visit to Junkie’s Corner with a roll of Kodak Gold 200 during 2023. From the outside, it was suspended between a shrine, a time capsule, and a shop. Large religious statues greeted visitors at the entrance. Dust and cobwebs clung to each artefact, while overgrown greenery softened its ru

🇨🇳 Part 2 Chengdu Chengdu is the kind of city that teaches you the art of balance. People here work hard and play harder. When they’re not working, they’re sipping tea or playing mahjong, and living life at a slower pace. Sichuan guys have this reputation for treating women really well 😉

What 2025 taught me (as a girl in her 20s)
2025 has been a year of growth and maturity for me. 1. You are not too much. The first lesson came from an incident with a close friend. Everything fell apart out of the blue. It felt like when a friend slowly loses interest in you. I later heard the gist that I was “too much” for him, that I

What’s the first question you’d ask?
Two guards. Two doors. One always lies, one always tells the truth, and you only get one question before you choose. I know it’s one of those classic logic puzzles everyone has seen at some point, but I still like how fast it changes people. Some people try to solve it immediately. Some people s
