Sabbath study ! 🍋✨🫶
This week I fell into a DEEP DEPRESSION. I couldn’t get myself to shake this feeling at all. So I decided to use this sabbath to focus on my depression and what the Bible says about. I wanted to learn about how navigate this feeling what does YAH expect from us. I learned that the reason why I feel so depressed is because I don’t make the BEST DECISIONS in my life. Bad decisions lead to bad outcomes and the result is always bad feelings or resent and regret. If we just live for Yah and let me him guide us we won’t ever have to worry about making bad choices. Yah wants us to be happy and fulfilled in life not sad and depressed, so I decided that if I continue to strive and live for Yah and not man then I will begin to feel less depressed and make better choices. #godisteachingme #prayerforhealingdepression #prayingdaily #prayingmyselfup
