I started to hear the whispers of my Soul and God speaking through me…I KNEW that some kind of big change was on its way, I just didn’t know HOW BIG…

I was making my first million dollars and at the same time hitting rock bottom in my health and sanity…

I wasn’t present in motherhood, my marriage was strained and I felt the world collapsing around me everyday…

That rock bottom came hard and thankfully woke me up!!

I knew that I could no longer keep hustling how I had my entire life…it was killing me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually…

That last big burnout was my final wake up call and I was ready…I was ready to heal the hustle and recover from burnout once and for all and never look back…

So I did…I healed myself, I rewrote every program of how I should be and how I did things…

I found the power in my feminine energy and let Spirit work through me everyday…

My entire life changed not just for myself but for my little family…

I am a better wife and mommy and friend and leader and mentor because of my decision to fully recover from the burnout and never look back…
