“Who am I now?”

“Who am I without this relationship as it was?”

“I don’t recognize the woman in the mirror.”

If you’ve asked yourself these questions, hear me…they are not signs of loss. They are signs of your upcoming rebirth.

There was a time in my own story when I had to peel back the identities I built to survive…the peacemaker, the over-functioner, the mind-reader, the one who’s fine as long as everyone else is fine.

It was exhausting 😮‍💨

When those identities fell away, I didn’t lose myself. I found her. The woman underneath the armor had been there all along. And she was powerful…incredible…and I became so proud of her.

This is Embody, the second phase of my HER Framework inside of the BRG….where healing stops being insight and starts being a lived identity…

A standard is not a demand. It’s what you no longer negotiate. Boundaries are not walls. They are bridges to deeper safety and an expression of the self worth that you KNOW. When they come from clarity instead of fear, they don’t push people away — they reveal who is meant to stay.

After betrayal, I realized I had standards, but I hadn’t been honoring them. Returning to myself meant voicing them, loud and clear. It didn’t make me harder to deal with. It made me feel safer.

You can get the Betrayal Recovery Guide today where I’ll teach you not only to heal your heart after betrayal and regulate your nervous system, but also how to create new sacred standards and boundaries, that help you create an entirely new, empowered identity…for you and your future. ✨

... Read moreLooking into the mirror after experiencing betrayal can feel like facing a stranger — a disorienting and painful experience. I remember this all too well. In my own healing journey, I discovered that the confusion and heartbreak were actually gateways to profound personal transformation. Shedding survival identities like the peacemaker, the over-functioner, or the silent sufferer is tough. It felt exhausting to let these roles go, but when I did, I found the resilient woman beneath the layers of armor. This version of myself was incredibly powerful and authentic, and learning to live as her became a pivotal part of my healing. One key realization for me was understanding the difference between standards and demands. Standards are firm commitments to myself — non-negotiables that communicate self-respect and protection without fear or anger. Boundaries served as bridges to safety, not walls to keep others out. Instead, they helped me see who truly belonged in my life and who didn’t. Reclaiming my voice to articulate these boundaries was empowering. It didn’t make me difficult to be around; rather, it cultivated a safer and more genuine environment for all my relationships. Regulating my nervous system became part of this process, enabling me to respond rather than react to triggers. If you find yourself lost in the aftermath of betrayal, know this: the woman you see now is not the final version of you. A new identity awaits — one that’s defined by strength, clarity, and self-love. Embracing this journey requires patience and commitment, but the rewards are invaluable. Healing is more than insight; it's becoming the embodiment of your true self, proudly standing in your worth and sacred boundaries.
