Something real I want to share with every woman who is still in the middle of the pain of being betrayed, right now…

I am Echo Summer Hill…certified trauma-informed somatic and alchemy practitioner with 15 years of experience helping women heal and transform…and a woman who chose to become someone betrayal could not break…

I am not here to blow smoke and sugarcoat anything….

My husband betrayed me. It cracked open wounds in both of us that desperately needed to surface. And it was the most devastating thing I have ever been through.

Four years later I do not identify as a betrayed woman. (And haven’t for years) I do not live in fear. I do not monitor or brace or perform okayness. I am genuinely… completely… fully okay.

Not because time passed. Because I chose to heal. Deliberately. Intentionally. From the inside out. Regardless of what he decided to do.

My nervous system. My self-trust. My identity and confidence and sovereignty and joy. All rebuilt from the root level up.

And Danny (@therealdannyhill ) did his own healing alongside mine. Faced himself completely. Became someone genuinely different at the core.

Two healed people building something together creates what you see here. But my healing was never about the relationship. It was always about me.

And yours can be too. You have to choose you, no matter what he’s doing.

The Betrayal Recovery Guide is the exact process that created this transformation as is currently serving thousands of women world wide.

22 private podcast modules. 134 page printable guidebook. Bonus videos and growing library of teachings. All in one app. Lifetime access. Self paced and private.

You can get yours today, you know where, or drop your questions below.

... Read moreNavigating the aftermath of betrayal can feel isolating and overwhelming, but I want to share some personal insights from my own healing journey that might resonate with you. When I first realized my partner's betrayal, the pain was so sharp that it seemed to define my entire existence. For a long time, the fear of being hurt again made me hypervigilant—constantly on edge, second-guessing every interaction. What I came to understand over time is that healing is not about forgetting what happened or waiting for time to simply pass; it is an active, deliberate choice. One powerful tool I embraced was trauma-informed somatic work, which helped me reconnect with my body and sense of safety after feeling so deeply fractured. This practice isn’t just about mental processing—it involves observing physical sensations, regulating my nervous system, and allowing emotions to surface without judgment. These small but intentional steps gradually rebuilt my self-trust and sense of sovereignty. I also realized that healing had to be about reclaiming my own identity and joy rather than trying to fix or control my relationship. When both partners commit to facing their own wounds honestly, it creates a chance to build something new and stronger. But importantly, your healing worth and progress stand on their own, independent of anyone else's actions. For those in the thick of betrayal trauma, consider engaging with resources like guided recovery programs that combine podcast modules, printable guides, and bonus teachings to support you privately and at your own pace. Such tools can provide structure and community support—reminding you that you’re not alone in this process. Ultimately, choosing yourself—embracing your resilience and sovereignty—is the most transformative step you can take. Healing doesn’t erase the past, but it empowers you to live fully and freely beyond it.

Bestie, let me tell you something real.
I fell apart once. Actually… more than once. And in those moments, I thought it was the end of me. But what I didn’t realize then was—it was the beginning. Because when I broke, I finally had the freedom to rebuild. Piece by piece. Softly. Intentionally. For me. Not for who they wanted me

Is Self-control an illusion too?
Is Self-control an illusion too? We are raised to believe that self control is the key to a good life. We are taught to control our thoughts, control our emotions, and control our reactions. But when you look deeper into the human experience, you begin to see the truth. There is no real control.
