夏を楽しむための仕込み美容は、紫外線を浴びる前夜にしっかりと肌の準備をすることで、その後の肌ダメージを軽減する効果が期待できます。私自身もこの方法を実践してみて、日焼け後の肌トラブルが驚くほど少なくなりました。 この仕込み美容では、精製水と肌質に合った化粧 水をたっぷりとコインマスクに浸し、3分間ローションマスクを行います。ポイントは、マスクを必ずひたひたに浸すことと、3分経ったらすぐに外して適切な時間を守ることです。長時間つけすぎると肌の乾燥を招く恐れがあるので注意が必要です。 また、私は一般的な化粧水だと3プッシュ程度ですが、エクラーレボーテのサロン推奨化粧水は6～8プッシュと多めに使うことで、より肌にしっかり水分を与えることができると感じました。その後はお手持ちのゲルでしっかりと保湿することが、肌のバリア機能を高めるカギです。 肌が荒れている時は無理せず避けることが重要です。敏感な状態での過度なケアは逆に肌トラブルを悪化させることがあるため、自分の肌状態をよく観察しながら取り入れてください。 さらに、夏の肌ケアは外側からの保湿だけでなく、食事や睡眠、ストレス管理といった内面ケアも大切です。肌は内外の影響を受けやすいので、総合的な美容習慣を心掛けることが理想的です。 このように、仕込み美容は夏を思い切り楽しみたい方におすすめの簡単で効果的なスキンケア法です。ぜひ一度試して、自信が持てる素肌づくりの一助にしてください。
