This approach has taught me to be more patient and less anxious when facing change. When I notice myself thrown off-center by unexpected events, I intentionally pause and recalibrate my mindset and actions. I also find this perspective helpful in managing stress—the acceptance that balance fluctuates helps reduce pressure to control every situation perfectly. Instead, I focus on small corrective steps, gently steering my day, relationships, or emotions back toward center. Over time, these small adjustments create a more resilient stability.
