仕事ができる人の特徴は、単に頭が良いだけでなく『やり方』にこだわりがあることが多いです。私も仕事の効率化を意識して、次のことを心がけています。 まず、仕事を小さく分けて段階的に進める ことで、着実に目標に近づけます。大きな仕事は目の前で圧倒されがちですが、一歩ずつ踏みしめる感覚が大切です。 次に、納期と段取りを押さえること。余裕を持ったスケジューリングはトラブル回避につながり、結果的にストレスを減らせます。また、断る時には必ず理由を相手に伝えています。これは相手との信頼関係を壊さずに自分の時間を守る大事なポイントです。 優先順位をつけて確実に進めることで、重要なことに集中でき、効率が上がります。最後に、問題が起きた時も慌てず、騒がず、冷静に対処する姿勢が大事です。私も焦ってミスした経験があるので、深呼吸して落ち着くことを意識しています。 こうした工夫で、仕事の日々の質が変わることを実感しています。皆さんもぜひ取り入れてみてください。コメント欄で共感できたポイントを教えてもらえると嬉しいです。
