I am 2 1/2 weeks post rotator cuff replacement surgery...
Healing beautifully...
🤍🤍🤍
Ascension isn’t the point.
We’re not meant to leave.
We’re not graduating out of being human.
We’re already spirit.
We came here to be human.
Feet on the ground.
Hands in the world.
Learning how to live together as one race.
This planet isn’t something to escape.
It’s something to inhabit.

Being 2 1/2 weeks post rotator cuff replacement surgery has been a revealing experience. The healing process, though slow and sometimes frustrating, has shown the resilience of the human body and spirit. Personally, I’ve found that maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on small progress milestones truly helps during recovery. One key aspect I’ve learned is the importance of patience—not just with the physical healing, but with oneself emotionally and mentally. Keeping my feet on the ground and hands engaged in daily activities, even if limited, fosters a sense of connection to the world and reinforces my humanity. This journey also reminded me that we don’t need to rush towards some abstract concept of “ascension” or escaping our human experience. Instead, it’s about inhabiting our bodies fully and embracing our spirit within this world. The healing process has deepened my appreciation for the physical and spiritual interplay of being human. I encourage anyone recovering from surgery or facing challenges to ground themselves in the present moment and appreciate the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Embrace the small victories, engage with the world around you, and remember that healing is not just a destination but a meaningful journey.
