Well Here's June

I strongly dislike this month, because it's seems like the world just decides to discard the most important matter, and most deadly matter in the world, especially for men. pulled from Google 'In 2022, the suicide rate among males was four times higher (22.9 per 100,000) than among females (5.9 per 100,000).' So I cant wait for pride, to try and over shadow us, again. at first it was a day and now it's the whole month like we dont matter. for the past 3 years it's been getter better, but until 22.9 becomes 0. I will still sta d on my soap box. if there any men out there that need someone to talk too. I know it's been social normalized for us to internalize and forget but thats not healthy, a d it doesnt help the feminist purest see us in abetter light when we explode. it's okay to talk about our problems, and open up about our self. I have been learning and trusting myself to do so with my fiance and I am happier, calmer, and less subseptiple to rage. so please talk if you need too. weather it's about your feels or to rant about your day. Someone will listen, I will listen.

... Read moreJune is a significant month that brings awareness to various issues, yet often men's mental health takes a backseat. In 2022, statistics showed a startling disparity in suicide rates, with men at a much higher risk compared to women. Approximately 22.9 men per 100,000 lost their lives to suicide, underscoring the urgent need for dialogue and support. Men frequently internalize their struggles due to societal expectations of masculinity, making it essential to create safe spaces for expression. Encouraging men to share their feelings and seek help not only benefits their mental health but also contributes to reducing the stigma surrounding these discussions. Organizations worldwide focus on initiatives during Men’s Mental Health Month in June, promoting awareness and support networks. As we engage with these topics, it's crucial to regularly check in with friends, offer a listening ear, and share resources that can help. Remember, it’s not weak to speak; in fact, it’s a strong step towards healing. Let’s work together to prioritize mental health in every conversation.
