After seeing countless recommendations online, I decided to give this salon a try, and I have zero regrets. I was a little doubtful at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. They truly delivered and knew exactly how to treat their customers.
I had two wonderful hairstylists work on my hair, and honestly, they were amazing! I came in because I hated my dry, frizzy hair and just wanted to do a simple smoothing treatment. But during the consultation, they noticed my scalp wasn’t in great condition, dandruff was starting to form, and my hair follicles were a bit clogged, which explained the hair loss and a few small bald spots.
At first, I wasn’t sure if I should go for the scalp treatment, too, but after they patiently explained everything, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Both hairstylists were so genuine and caring. They truly wanted to help me take better care of my hair, and there was absolutely no hard selling at all. Everything was done at my own pace and comfort.
I really appreciated how they asked questions and gave advice without making me feel judged. Even if they weren’t sure about something, they’d be honest about it instead of pretending to know. They shared their own experiences and gave helpful recommendations, too! The treatment itself was super relaxing. It included a nice scalp massage, and they kept checking in to make sure the water temperature and pressure felt just right.
Overall, it was such a comfortable and thoughtful experience that I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process!
The salon even served me a cup of hot water and some candy — such a nice touch! 💕 Service was definitely 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and I’ll surely be coming back as a regular. Both hairstylists had great attitudes and never tried to hard sell products. Since I wanted to take better care of my hair, I asked for their recommendations, and instead of pushing full sets like other salons, they only suggested what was truly needed. Really appreciated their honesty and care!
Miss Xiao Fun, an assistant stylist with beautiful eyes and lashes, felt like an older sister taking care of me. She patiently showed me step-by-step on how to care for my hair, despite some language barrier, explaining everything, so I really understood. Her caring, generous guidance made me feel truly looked after.
The price was reasonable and affordable for both the hair smoothing and scalp treatments, especially considering the length of my hair.
