Indoor Karting at KSL: Is It Worth the Hype?
I’ve been to KSL a few times, and somehow every single time I struggled to find the escalator to Level 6 where the indoor karting is located 😅 In hindsight, I could’ve taken the lift...but let’s be real, lifts take forever and escalators just feel way faster.
Tried the indoor karting and honestly, it was pretty fun. Helmets are optional, but seatbelts are a must because the floor is super smooth. It was my first time driving this type of kart, so I was a little nervous at first. After a few slow rounds to get used to it, I started speeding up and that’s when the fun really kicked in 🏎️💨
Since the track is at the car park, there’s no air-conditioning, so it does get hot and stuffy. But once you drive faster, you get that nice windy feel which honestly feels quite shiok. Just be extra careful at the corners, they can be a little tricky. They also play loud music while you’re driving, which adds to the excitement and makes the whole experience more hype.
I went on a weekday early afternoon, so it wasn’t crowded at all, just me and my friend. If you’re planning to check this out, I’d highly recommend going with a friend or partner. Racing together is way more fun than driving solo round after round without that competitive vibe.
There's Lockers too, so you need not worry where to place your belongings!
