Chill Bowling Spot You Didn’t Know About JB

I checked out Pelangi Leisure Mall for the first time, an underrated spot at JB.

The moment you walk in, you’ll see GIANT supermarket with a wide variety of groceries, affordable prices, and discounts.

Head up and you’ll find Lite SuperBowl, not just bowling, but also a cinema, gym, MR DIY, massage spots, and small shops selling clothes and random finds.

The vibes? Super chill. Spacious bowling lanes, not crowded, mostly locals, music playing in the background, perfect if you’re tired of the usual packed malls.

Price-wise, it’s a steal: RM20 for 3 games per person, plus RM3 shoe rental making a total of RM23. There are snacks and drinks to purchase if you are craving to munch on.

Bored of the same JB malls? This one’s worth exploring!

... Read moreIf you're looking for a new spot to enjoy bowling without the typical rush, Pelangi Leisure Mall is a fantastic choice. Beyond just the affordable bowling at Lite SuperBowl, the mall's relaxed atmosphere stands out—you won't find the crowds that typically overwhelm other malls in JB. I especially appreciated how clean and spacious the bowling lanes were, making it ideal for both casual games or a laid-back date. Additionally, the mall hosts a variety of amenities that complement your visit. After bowling, you can catch a movie at their cinema or hit the gym for a workout. For shopping, MR DIY and small boutiques provide unique finds. And if you're hungry during your playtime, snacks and drinks are available to keep your energy up. The convenient location at Taman Pelangi means it's easy to access, and the overall experience offers great value compared to bigger, pricier malls in the area. Whether you're a local or visiting JB, this spot combines leisure and affordability in a way that’s worth discovering. Personally, it’s become my go-to for a chill, fun day out without the hassle of overcrowded venues.
