Beef Bowl

This is an easy favorite for me! Super filling as well especially paired with a small apple after for a snack :)

I split this into three servings but you can easily make it 4 or 5 for less calories.

8oz 93/7 Lean beef

2 yellow squash

2 Zucchini

2 Cups chopped green cabbage

1/2 cup yellow onion

1/2 cup white mushrooms

3 mini sweet peppers (I use one of each color)

Season veggies and meat with your favorite zero calorie seasonings 😊

*cook beef separately and add to vegetable mixture before seasoning at the end*
