Chao Grog Ead Falls is the highest waterfall in the central region.

น้ำตกโกรกอีดกเป็นจุดหมายยอดฮิตที่หลายคนชอบไปท้าทายตัวเอง แต่จากประสบการณ์ตรง จะบอกว่าถึงแม้หลายคนบอกว่าเดินง่าย แต่สำหรับมือใหม่ที่ไม่ค่อยออกกำลังกาย การเดินป่า 8 กม. โดยเฉพาะช่วงปีนหินโหนเชือกนั้นถือว่าท้าทายมาก ต้องเตรียมตัวดีๆก่อนออกเดินทาง ผมอยากแนะนำว่าไม้เดินป่าและถุงมือเป็นไอเทมที่ต้องมี ช่วยให้ปีนหินและเดินในที่เปียกลื่นง่ายขึ้น นอกจากนี้ เรื่องรองเท้าก็สำคัญมาก ควรเลือกรองเท้าที่กันลื่นและรองรับน้ำหนักได้ดี เพราะจะต้องลุยทั้งทางดิน น้ำ และโคลน สิ่งเล็กๆ อย่างซองกันน้ำก็ช่วยรักษาอุปกรณ์ เช่นโทรศัพท์ไม่ให้เปียกเวลาเจอฝน ในระหว่างทางยังมีจุดให้ถ่ายรูปสวยๆ หลายจุด อย่าลืมหยุดพักและถ่ายภาพเก็บความทรงจำ เพราะขากลับมักจะเหนื่อยจนไม่อยากหยุดถ่ายแล้ว ทั้งนี้ การจองคิวกับเพจวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวเกษตรเชิงอนุรักษ์ตำบลชะอมล่วงหน้าจะช่วยลดความกังวลเรื่องคิวเต็ม และยังช่วยวางแผนการเดินทางให้ราบรื่นขึ้น สุดท้ายก็อยากบอกว่าถึงแม้จะเหนื่อยและเจออุปสรรค แต่น้ำตกโกรกอีดกเป็นเส้นทางเดินป่าที่สนุกและคุ้มค่ามาก เหมาะกับคนชอบผจญภัยที่อยากเริ่มต้นลองเดินป่า หรือคนที่อยากหนีความวุ่นวายในเมืองมาเติมพลังกับธรรมชาติ
