Uploading multiple embroidery designs

It got to the point where I was re-downloading designs I already owned because it was faster than trying to find them! I realized I was spending more time organizing (or failing to organize) than actually stitching. This makes it much easier to find designs even before you open them in software. Logical Folder Structure: While an organizing tool helps, having a basic folder structure on your computer still makes sense. I categorize by theme (e.g., "Holidays," "Floral," "Animals"), by project type (e.g., "Applique," "Freestanding Lace"), or even by designer. Regular Backups: Your designs are an investment! Whether it's to a cloud service, an external hard drive, or both, make sure you're backing them up regularly. Losing your entire collection because of a hard drive crash is every embroiderer's nightmare. Delete Duplicates: Over time, you accumulate so many duplicates. A good organizer can help identify these, but even manually going through and cleaning out old files can free up space and reduce clutter. Implementing these practices, especially using a tool that makes it simple to upload multiple designs, has completely transformed my embroidery experience. I'm no longer frustrated by lost files; instead, I spend my time creating beautiful pieces.
