How can life change in 1 year?

Truth be told, I don't know.

It was only a year ago where I felt that it's time to leave but I persevered on and now I'm grateful for the opportunities that comes my way.

I would only leave 3 advice:

1. Keep believing in yourself

2. Keep doing the work

3. Keep adapting & strategising

Onto the next opportunity🙂

... Read moreReflecting on life changes over the course of a year, it's amazing how much transformation can occur when you commit to personal growth and resilience. From my own experience, sometimes the hardest moments, like feeling ready to give up, can be turning points that lead to rewarding opportunities. The key advice shared—believing in yourself, continuing to work diligently, and adapting strategically—resonates deeply with those who want to make significant changes. Networking events, such as the one mentioned on June 15, 2026, hosted at Marina One West Tower in Singapore, serve as excellent platforms to expand your connections and gain fresh perspectives. Listening to inspiring speakers and engaging in meaningful dialogue at these events can inspire you to pivot your career or personal path successfully. It's also important to cultivate faith and maintain taqwa (consciousness of God), which many find empowering as a spiritual foundation during uncertain times. Having a trusted student advisor or mentor can provide invaluable guidance, supporting you through transitions and helping you strategize effectively. Ultimately, being open to new opportunities and consistently pushing forward despite challenges makes all the difference. Life does change in a year—sometimes in ways you never expected—but with faith, effort, and connection, those changes can be profoundly positive.
