Have you tried the viral Japanese Cheesecake Yogurt recipe? I finally had the time to try it this week and it honestly did not disappoint. The quick two ingredient recipe was super fun and low effort to put together. While others added cream cheese in their yogurt, I wanted to try the original recipe, which only included yogurt and biscuits. After letting it chill for about 8 hours, it was finally ready and I was pleasantly surprised.

The cinnamon flavor from the Biscoff biscuits made every spoonful taste sweet and slightly decadent, kind of like a lighter take on traditional cheesecake. The tanginess of the yogurt paired with the sweetness from the biscuits is perfect if you’re someone who loves desserts that aren’t too heavy. I’d definitely recommend this for the girlies who want a light treat after dinner or something cozy to snack on during a late-night movie marathon!
