松山市でチキン南蛮を探している人に、私が「正直、またすぐ食べたい…」ってなったポイントをもう少し補足します。炭焼トリコは“チキン南蛮好きなら絶対に知ってほしい名店”って言われるの、食べたら納得でした。 まずチキン南蛮は、衣のサクッと感とお肉のジューシーさのバランスが良くて、甘酢の加減も強すぎないから最後まで重たくなりにくい印象。さらにタルタルがしっかり主役級で、たっぷりかけられるのが嬉しいところ。チキン南蛮ってお店によって「タルタル少なめで物足りない」こともあるけど、ここは遠慮いらずで満足感が高かったです。 「松山 夜ご飯 安い」「松山 夜 ご飯 学生」みたいにコスパ重視で探している人には、日〜金限定の“わいわいコース”がかなり使いやすいと思いました。飲み会だと金額が読めないのが不安だけど、飲み放題つきでまとまっていると安心。料理だけのプランもあるので、運転する人がいるグループや子連れにも選びやすいです。 場所が少しだけ分かりにくいので、行く前に目印を決めておくのがおすすめ。私は「国道56号→陸橋手前→ニシオカ家具→右に入る→県道を少し進む→チキン南蛮ののぼり」でスムーズでした。初めてだと通り過ぎやすいので、明るいうちに一度道を確認しておくと安心。 子連れ目線だと、座敷があるのが助かりました。ベビーカーで入れるか、バンボなどキッズチェアがあるか、子ども用カトラリーがあるかは地味に重要。キッズメニューやおむつ替え台はないので、食べやすいメニューを取り分け前提で選んだり、食事前後のオムツ替え場所を先に決めておくとバタつきにくいです。 あと、月末日曜ランチ限定の醤油豚骨ラーメンも気になっています。チキン南蛮目的で行って「想像以上だった…」となったので、次はランチのタイミングも狙ってみるつもり。行く前は営業時間や提供日が変わることもあるので、公式情報をチェックしてから行くのが安心です。
