PHOTOSHOOTS
#positiveenergy #lemon8challenge
something that keeps me positive is literally just taking pics of myself lol i love putting on a cute outfit and posing in front of the camera! it just makes me feel nice and cute when i get a good picture ! this is usually most helpful whenever i’m feeling down because i can amp myself up and remind myself of all my good qualities!
sometimes i come home stressed about school or family things. taking photos reminds me to slow down with the racing thoughts and focus on the positive things about myself
i also love dressing up and it gives me an excuse to do it. the only difficult part is finding places to take pics (especially without a tripod)
Photoshoots can be a great way to boost positive energy and self-esteem. Engaging in photography allows you to express yourself creatively while focusing on the positive aspects of your life. Whether it’s a casual outfit or a full glam look, dressing up and capturing your style can serve as a powerful tool for self-affirmation. In addition to instant mood boosts, photography can also help establish memorable moments and connections with others. Here are some tips for successful photoshoots: 1. Find your favorite locations: Explore local parks, urban settings, or even your own backyard. Look for aesthetically pleasing backgrounds to enhance your photos. 2. Experiment with angles and lighting: Natural lighting works best, so try to schedule your shoots during golden hour—shortly after sunrise or before sunset. 3. Use props: Bring along items that reflect your personality or theme; hats, sunglasses, or even colorful backgrounds can add flair to your shots. 4. Ask a friend: Having someone else to take pictures can ease the stress of being in front of the camera and provide more candid moments. 5. Have fun: Keep it light and enjoyable! The goal is to celebrate who you are and embrace the fun of creativity.
