Experience sharing on improving hemorrhoid issues!⭕

I really don’t want anyone else to suffer from hemorrhoids!

The saying “9 out of 10 people have hemorrhoids” is not an exaggeration. Sitting for long periods, eating spicy food, and staying up late—any one bad habit can trigger hemorrhoids.😫

This is my purely personal self-treatment process, tested and effective, you can directly follow it 👇

✅ [Huayilang Hemorrhoid Gel]

Don’t let the Chinese packaging confuse you — the gel is called Huayilang Hemorrhoid Gel and the box says 华医郎痔疮凝胶。

I apply it once every night after a warm sitz bath and drying off. The texture is very refreshing, not irritating, and not sticky.

Basically after about 3 days, bleeding during bowel movements, sharp pain, and swelling/pressure sensations are almost completely improved.💖

After 2 weeks of consistent use, the hard lump gradually becomes softer and shrinks back. If you apply it steadily for one month, the lump can barely be felt anymore!🎉

✅ [Daily care routine]

Most hemorrhoids are triggered by “internal heat” or damp-heat imbalance. So daily diet is also very important!

Drink more water, and eat less greasy and spicy food. ✊🏻This helps reduce recurrence from the root cause!

✅ [Supportive tips]

When you have free time, do more pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises, and combine them with walking after meals.🤗 Improved blood circulation around the anal area can also speed up recovery.✨

Finally, wishing everyone good health every day!💕

... Read moreBased on my own experience, managing hemorrhoids effectively requires a combination of product use, lifestyle changes, and consistent self-care practices. I found that the Huayilang Hemorrhoid Gel, with its refreshing and non-sticky texture, works well when applied after a warm sitz bath. This not only soothes the area but also allows for better absorption of the gel's medical chitosan ingredients, which seem to help reduce inflammation and bleeding. In addition to topical treatment, paying attention to diet plays a crucial role. Avoiding spicy and greasy foods helps reduce internal heat and dampness, which traditional medicine identifies as triggers for hemorrhoids. Drinking ample water and maintaining a light diet can improve digestion and prevent constipation, which often worsens hemorrhoid symptoms. Incorporating regular pelvic floor exercises such as Kegels, along with light walking after meals, boosts blood circulation around the anal region. This increased circulation accelerates tissue repair and helps the lumps to shrink, as I observed after two weeks of consistent care. It's also important to avoid long periods of sitting, as sedentary behavior can exacerbate discomfort. Throughout my journey, I noticed that patience and consistency are key. Visible improvements, such as reduced bleeding and swelling, usually appear within days, but achieving full regression of the lumps took about a month. Integrating these multifaceted strategies into a daily routine can prevent hemorrhoid recurrence and improve overall comfort. If you experience persistent or severe symptoms, consulting a healthcare professional is essential, but for many, these self-care techniques provide significant relief and enhance quality of life.
