Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Breakfast is Oikos triple zero strawberry yogurt with a serving of blueberries and a half serving of Sola low carb granola

Lunch is a serving of cottage cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning and mustard, a half pickle, a ton of broccoli/carrots/celery/cucumbers, a half pickle, 3-4 green olives, and some pepperonis.

Dinner is a steak (I ate about 1/4 but pre-cooking me thought she was starving) and broccolini.

Also coffee, water, and caffeine free Diet Coke.
