Lunch prep for the week

This week I'm having cauliflower rice bowls with mushrooms, ham, and cheese.

Mushrooms

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp EVOO

1/4 Worcestershire Sauce

Heath Riles Garlic Butter to taste

Drop butter and EVOO in a pan on medium heat, add mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add W Sauce and @seasoning and cook for about another 5 minutes, remove from pan.

Cauliflower rice(let bag of frozen rice thaw for an hour or 2)

Take bag of frozen rice and put in the same pan you used for mushrooms, cook until it has a rice texture.

I place it a bowl with a lid and each morning I chop 3 oz of ham and add 1 oz of cheese and take it with me each day.
