Tamales y huevos! One of my wife's favorite breakfasts. I take the tamales out of the husk and drop a couple tablespoons of butter in a pan on medium heat. I drop the tamales in the pan and let them go about 3 minutes a side. I put those on a plate and then fry an egg to over easy to medium.
