From my own experience, choosing to keep sadness private can be both a protective mechanism and a source of loneliness. The lines "把志伤留给自己" and "不能分担你的忧愁" resonate deeply, meaning that some burdens we bear alone, unable to ease another's pain or share our own. In these times, it feels natural to store regrets "把遗憾放在心中," holding onto what might have been while trying to move forward. Yet, this internalization can make expressing feelings especially challenging — "Kalau begini, rasanya sulit untuk diucapkan" illustrates how difficult it is to voice these emotions. I’ve found that acknowledging this solitude without judgment opens a path toward healing. For example, acknowledging the beauty someone has taken away "你的美丽让你带走" reminds me that people and moments we cherish shape our happiness. When that happiness fades, it can also create a void — "再没有快乐起来的理由" reflects the loss of reasons to feel joyful. However, through personal reflection and time, it becomes possible to gently release some of the sorrow and rediscover small joys. Writing, music, or simply spending time alone often helps me reconnect with myself and accept emotional ups and downs. If you are feeling this way, remember you're not alone in these sentiments. It's okay to carry your sadness quietly, but also consider reaching out when ready; sharing pain can sometimes bring unexpected relief and new strength.
