If you're looking for a fun twist on the classic campfire treat, these S’mores Sliders are a perfect choice. Using King's Hawaiian sweet rolls adds a soft, fluffy texture that contrasts wonderfully with the melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows. One tip I discovered while making these sliders is to be careful not to overbake—the goal is to gently melt the chocolate and warm the marshmallows without making the rolls hard. Brushing the tops of the rolls with the cinnamon-infused melted butter not only adds flavor but also helps the crushed graham crackers stick and become perfectly crunchy when baked. For an extra touch, I like to briefly broil the sliders at the end to get a golden, slightly caramelized top—just watch closely to avoid burning. These sliders are super versatile; you can swap Hershey’s chocolate bars with chocolate chips, or even add a layer of peanut butter for a richer taste. They’re ideal for quick family desserts or even parties, as they are easy to make in batches and serve in handheld portions. Plus, the combination of cinnamon butter and graham cracker crunch truly elevates the classic s’mores flavor to the next level. For a personal touch, sometimes I like to add a few sliced strawberries or banana inside before baking to add freshness and a hint of fruitiness. This recipe is a wonderful way to enjoy the nostalgic flavors of s’mores conveniently baked in your kitchen—no campfire needed!
