Ingredients:

1.5 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt

1/3 cup fresh cilantro

1 jalapeño

1 garlic clove

1/4 tsp: cumin, chili powder, onion powder

Salt to taste

Juice of 2 limes

*if needed 1 tbsp water to thin out*

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.

Store in fridge and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!
