Mango Salsa 🥭💃

Servings: 3-4

its warm weather season! time to make something refreshing.

This Mango salsa is great on its own with tortilla chips or ontop of my honey lime salmon coming in my next video!

Ingredients:

1/2 Mango - diced (do not use pit of mango)

1 jalapeño or habanero (spicier) - diced

1 red bell pepper - diced

1 Roma tomato - diced

1/2 red onion - diced

Handful of chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime or more

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

*season to taste*

Salsa optional enhancements: add in 1/2 cup of canned corn!

Let this sit for about an hour and enjoy!🥭🌶️
