Something we don’t talk about enough is how in the world of women who WANT to be independent, there are so many women who are forced into being miss independent when they don’t wanna be. Then, just for learning to survive or thrive, it is used against them as being “masculine.”

At some point, there has to be a balance and understanding. Sometimes we’re just put in positions where we can’t do or be anything else. What we want doesn’t always fit what we have to do, but it doesn’t mean that we can’t adapt to a new life or that we don’t want a different one.

The more we can understand each other and understand that circumstance doesn’t always equate to a person as a whole..

We’ll be much happier in the long run.

Welcome to the Bride of Christ series where I quit working to be of service. This is my personal journey, self reflection, and documentation of the miracles that ensue. I hope you’ll follow along 💕

This experience can often feel isolating, especially when society sometimes equates such resilience with masculinity, overlooking the unique struggles that women encounter. Understanding this dynamic is crucial. Women who are forced into independence may long for different life circumstances, yet adapt to what they must do each day. This adaptive strength is not a rejection of femininity or vulnerability but a nuanced reality of life’s demands. By recognizing and respecting these varied experiences, we foster greater empathy and support among women and communities. Furthermore, the journey reflected in the Bride of Christ series offers a powerful example of shifting from self-reliance towards a faith-driven path of service. Choosing to quit working to be of service is a transformative decision that exemplifies surrender, trust, and hope. Documenting such personal reflections and miracles can inspire others facing similar crossroads, encouraging them to find peace amidst life's challenges. This conversation also highlights the importance of balancing independence with connection, compassion, and community. Circumstances do not define a person’s entire identity; understanding this leads to lasting happiness and authentic relationships. For readers seeking insight into faith, resilience, and personal growth, this series presents valuable lessons on embracing vulnerability and finding strength beyond conventional independence.
