I love experimenting with different combinations, but there are a few stars that always make my bowl extra special and truly vibrant. My absolute go-to combination often features the tangy sweetness of kiwi paired with the vibrant burst of raspberries. Honestly, if you haven't tried them together, you're truly missing out on a fantastic flavor pairing! Beyond their incredible taste, these fruits are nutritional powerhouses. Let's talk about raspberry fruit for a moment: it's absolutely packed with dietary fiber. Just imagine, in about 80g of raspberries, you're getting a significant portion of your daily fiber intake, which is essential for healthy digestion, blood sugar control, and keeping you feeling full and satisfied. This high fiber content is one of the main reasons I always try to include them in my diet. Kiwi, on the other hand, is a fantastic source of Vitamin C, even more than an orange, plus Vitamin K and E, and also contributes to your fiber intake. Together, they're a dynamic duo for your health! But my fruit bowls are rarely just two ingredients.
