1. Copyright issues and legal clauses that remain vague ⚖️

There is no creative status: According to current copyright law, the works to be protected must be caused only by "human intellect and perseverance," the works that AI clearly comes up with have an unclear legal status, and in many countries it is judged that AI works cannot be copyrighted.
