Bake of the week
First banana bread loaf! This loaf turned out so well and was super simple to make!
I recently also picked up a mini loaf pan I’m excited to find some recipes for that!
Recipe used:
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
11/2 cup flour
dash of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease 9×5 baking dish
3. In a large mixing bowl mash 3 large bananas
4. Add in egg, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cinnamon mixing together well
5. Add in flour and mix until well combined. Add in optional ingredients (chocolate chips/walnuts)
6. Pour mixture into greased baking dish
7. Bake for ~50min
8. Let cool, remove from dish, and slice!
