... Read moreHey fitness fam! So many of you asked about my full workout split, and I'm thrilled to share more details beyond just the basics. My routine is built around variety, strength, and getting that heart rate up! Let's dive into the cardio aspect, which is a huge part of my week. My treadmill routine, as you saw, mixes incline walking, jogging, and sprints. The treadmill incline walk isn't just about burning calories; it's fantastic for targeting your glutes and hamstrings while being lower impact than running. I personally find it super effective for fat loss and building endurance without overstressing my joints. Mixing it with jogging and sprints keeps my body guessing and boosts my metabolism. On days like my Saturday cardio or Sunday, where I dedicate 30-45 minutes, I really focus on pushing my limits, sometimes incorporating interval training or even imagining I'm training for a sport like volleyball cardio workout – it helps me stay engaged! Now, for core strength, the Pamela Reif ab workout on Sundays is a game-changer for me. It's quick, effective, and you don't need any equipment (though I sometimes add ankle weights for extra challenge on other ab exercises). If you're looking for a solid Pamela Reif core workout routine or a specific Pamela Reif ab workout routine, her videos are amazing for home or gym. I love how she designs her workouts to hit all angles of the core, giving you that strong, sculpted midsection. My strength days are equally important. For instance, my Tuesday leg day focuses on no machines – I love the challenge of compound movements like Bulgarian supersets, RDLs, lunges, and goblet squats. Then on Saturday, I switch it up with hip thrust supersets, RDLs with a bar, squats, and leg press, really pushing for progressive overload. These exercises are key for building strong, toned legs and glutes. My Thursday back workout includes exercises like lat pull downs, seated rows, bent over rows, and face pulls to ensure a balanced physique and good posture. Consistency is key, but so is listening to your body. Some days I'll modify, some days I'll push harder. It's all about finding what works for you and making fitness a sustainable part of your lifestyle. Hope this deeper dive into my workouts helps you on your own journey!
