back to school shopping haul
This is just a few things that I got might go shopping again :)
Okay, guys, I finally did my back-to-school shopping, and I'm so excited to show you everything I hauled! I hit up a few of my favorite spots and found some really great gems. This is just a peek, but I hope it gives you some ideas for your own back-to-school essentials! First up, outfits and apparel! I grabbed a super comfy dark gray short-sleeved top from Altar'd State – it's perfect for layering or just a casual day. Speaking of casual, I also found a pair of blue distressed jeans from Hollister with rips on the thighs and knees. They're going to be my go-to for comfy but stylish looks. From Tilly's, I got two cute short-sleeved tops: one dark gray with an adorable puppy graphic and another white one with an 'Italian Spot' graphic. They're so me! For activewear, Dick's Sporting Goods had some great finds! I picked up two pairs of black athletic shorts with white waistbands and that prominent logo – perfect for gym class or just lounging. And you know I can't resist a good thrift store find: I scored a pair of pink athletic leggings with a white waistband text, which looked brand new! Let's talk accessories! My favorite has to be my new rose-gold colored backpack from Lululemon. It has a front zippered pocket, which is super practical, and it feels so sturdy. I also found a large black hair bow with long tails from American Eagle – it's going to add such a cute touch to my hairstyles. Of course, I needed some self-care goodies to start the year fresh. Bath & Body Works came through with a sunscreen spray (gotta protect that skin!), a lovely lotion, and two small hand sanitizers for my backpack. And from Pink, I grabbed two pairs of underwear – one light blue with a dog graphic (so cute!) and one striped – plus a small bottle of body mist to keep me feeling fresh throughout the day. Overall, I'm super happy with my haul! It's a mix of comfy, cute, and practical items that I know I'll get a lot of use out of. My biggest tip for back-to-school shopping is to make a list of what you actually need, but also allow yourself to pick up a few fun items that make you excited for the new school year. Sometimes I even check thrift stores for unique finds, like those leggings! This is just a few things I got, but I might even go shopping again soon for a few more bits and pieces! What are your must-have back to school items? Let me know in the comments!
