📍 February 7-9: Kicked things off with my first-ever out-of-country vacation at Breathless Resort in Punta Cana, Puerto Rico, celebrating my cousin’s fabulous 40th birthday! 🥳🇩🇴
❤️ February 14-15: Enjoyed a romantic Valentine’s date night filled with love and laughter. 💖
🎶 February 21-23: Made my way to Fayetteville, NC’s first J Dilla weekend! Huge shoutout to my big brother for his recent book release, El’ J Dilla: POEMS INSPIRED BY THE MUSIC OF J DILLA. Where J Dilla’s beautiful mother, Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancy, was a guest of honor. It was an inspiring and unforgettable experience! 📚✨
Throughout the month, I also attended several poetry-themed events and open mics. Reflecting on these moments, I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing community of friends and family. Thanks for all the love and memories! 💕✨
