Lessons from January—Stop Dating Potential

January 2025 started with hope, optimism, and deep conversations. On the surface, everything felt right — but underneath it, I was repeating a dating pattern I hadn’t fully released yet.

This month taught me how easy it is to confuse intention with alignment, and words with follow-through. Growth doesn’t always mean you never repeat lessons. Sometimes it means you finally recognize them while you’re in them.
