i think it’s unfair that I have to hold back since you’re sick.. heal so we can continue fighting.
Dealing with a loved one's illness is truly one of the hardest things we can face, especially when you feel like you have to hold back your true feelings or desires. I have found that expressing hope and positivity, like openly praying or sending well wishes, can be immensely powerful, not only for the person who is unwell but also for yourself as a caregiver or supporter. In moments when it feels unfair to restrain yourself because someone you care about is sick, try to channel your energy into constructive actions, such as researching treatments, offering practical help, or simply being present. These actions can keep your fighting spirit alive and also reinforce your bond. The phrase "pray to God hears you" and "and i pray to God he heals you," reflects a universal sentiment many share — the deep hope for healing and strength. While faith plays a significant role for many, pairing it with patience and understanding makes the journey more bearable. Remember, healing isn’t just physical but emotional as well. Surrounding yourself and your loved one with love, hope, and encouragement often creates a positive atmosphere that can aid recovery. Through my own experience with loved ones facing health challenges, I’ve seen how continual support and open communication about the struggle help keep the relationship strong and maintain motivation. Waiting and fighting alongside someone is tough but makes the moments of recovery even more meaningful.
