FAVORITE OFF DAY ACTIVITIES
As a full-time college student and employee, I absolutely love and look forward to my offdays (Saturday/Sunday).
Some of my favorite off-day activities are:
1. Spending the most time I possibly can with my pup. I love spending an extra bit of time with him sleeping in and then going on a quick walk to and from the park before having and sharing some breakfast with him. (he absolutely loves a few slices of turkey bacon as a special weekend treat in his breakfast)
2. Despite it being and off day I still have responsibilities to get done around my home like laundry, groceries, meal prepping, and deep cleaning my home/my pets homes (I have fish tanks & bird cages that need to be cleaned every Saturday) my fish & birds can be a lot more messy than my dog & cat 🥴
*Despite these being chores, I love doing them because they help me refresh my week, and it reminds me of how lucky I am to have the possibility of being able to provide for myself and my pets. I'm truly blessed to be able to afford such a life at 21
3. I love visiting my local library!! It's one of my absolute favorite parts of my weekends. I love reading romance novels/learning new niche skills and languages :)))
*Due to having a bit of a tight budget I prefer not to spend on buying things like books despite having a slight addiction and an immense love for them, I really can't waste so freely on them as I wish I could, but this isn't a problem*
As I shared previously in another post, I love my local libraries, and they offer so many great perks that are all free and very rewarding.
✨️So please, whenever you can visit a local library, it truly helps them receive funding to continue having them available to us all for free✨️
