GOD IS IN CONTROL 🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️🔥
When life feels uncertain or challenging, I find comfort in remembering the powerful truth that God is in control, just as Deuteronomy 31:8 reminds us: "The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you." This assurance helps me navigate difficult days with peace rather than fear. One lesson I've learned is that God doesn’t ask us to have everything figured out. Like the verse from Isaiah 55:8 says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways." Instead, He asks us to pray, seek, and trust. I’ve experienced that when I pause to pray and surrender my worries, guidance comes—sometimes not in ways I expected but in ways that ultimately lead me forward. It’s also important to reflect on personal responsibility in our faith journey. We can’t use “God is still working on me” as an excuse to avoid growth or continue unhelpful patterns. True faith includes active trust and a willingness to walk the path God has prepared, as mentioned in today’s encouragement: "Walk in faith—God has prepared the way. You are guided, you are loved, you are never alone." Moreover, embracing God’s promises and remaining steadfast even when things feel beyond control can transform how we face trials. Whether it’s adopting the mindset of "Not my will, but Yours be done" from Luke 22:42 or acknowledging that God does not change (Malachi 3:6), these truths give hope and strength. In my own experience, moments of prayer have been a powerful way to seek peace and clarity. A simple prayer like, "Heavenly Father, Thank You for going before me today. Fill me with Your peace and guide my steps. In Jesus' name, Amen," can center my heart and equip me for whatever comes next. Ultimately, knowing God is in control doesn’t always remove hardship, but it invites us to face life with courage, faith, and the assurance that we are never alone on the journey.
