Loved this!

... Read moreOh my goodness, you guys! I'm still reeling from finishing this book by Kennedy Ryan. You know that feeling when you're completely lost in a story, listening on your way to work, and then it just... ends? And not just ends, but leaves you on such a cliffhanger you're literally screaming, 'No, why in the hell did it have to end like this?!' That was me. I genuinely thought this was a standalone novel, so imagine my shock, my utter disbelief, when I realized it was a series! Kennedy Ryan, how dare you! I'm now in a state of desperate need to know how this situation is going to resolve. It's a testament to her incredible storytelling that I feel so invested. Her ability to craft such compelling characters and intricate plots is just phenomenal. If you haven't read her work, you really should. Her romance novels aren't just about love; they delve deep into real-life issues, making them incredibly impactful and resonant. For those of you who, like me, are now hooked and wondering which Kennedy Ryan books to dive into next, or how to navigate her series, let me share some thoughts. Her books are known for their emotional depth, powerful narratives, and steamy romance. Many of her most beloved stories are part of a series, which means you get to spend more time with characters you adore. If you’re looking for the best Kennedy Ryan books, I highly recommend checking out her 'Grip' series or 'The Kingshood Duet'. These are fantastic entry points into her world, and they showcase her signature blend of passion and poignant storytelling. Each book builds on the last, creating a rich, immersive experience that you won't want to end. Knowing that this book is a series now, I’m excited to continue the journey, even if the wait for the next installment feels excruciating! There are so many other books I have ready to borrow, but I just wanna continue this story because how is this gonna get resolved? It needs to get resolved!

A dark, sepia-toned image of a classical statue, possibly David, with the text "ACHILLEAN Books I'VE READ AND LOVED HAPPY PRIDE MONTH" and "p/b Lee Barber". The Lemon8 logo and username @galactic_lizard are at the bottom left.
The book cover for "CARRY ON" by Rainbow Rowell, featuring two young men with wands against a purple background with an eye. Text includes "A TRIUMPH." - LEV GROSSMAN and "THE #1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER".
A brown background with white text listing features of "THE SIMON SNOW TRILOGY": first book in a trilogy, Harry Potter vibes, enemies to lovers, vampires and magicians, and YA.

A spooky image featuring an old, dilapidated house and a ghostly figure in a field at night. Text overlays read 'Horror novels that I've loved recently.'
A hand holds the 'HORRORSTÖR' book by Grady Hendrix, designed like an IKEA catalog with a modern living room scene, against a bookshelf background.
A hand holds 'HOW TO SELL A HAUNTED HOUSE' by Grady Hendrix, featuring a dark house with glowing windows on the cover, in an indoor setting.

All of these books were awesome. Some better than others, but I’ve really enjoyed them in their own ways. #horrorbookcommunity #horrorbooks #horrorbookreview #horrorrecommendations #horrorbookrecs #spookybookreview #scarybooks #horrorbooklover

Things I Loved About Japan 🇯🇵
